I ordered the "Hello Kitty Bapesta Pink" shoes and received a size larger than what I ordered. I was told to send an E-mail to make an exchange for the correct size and have been ghosted for about a week. I keep getting told I'm being connected with an agent but haven't spoken to a real person in several days of trying to contact. I wanted to like the shoes but these are not what I paid for and I am receiving no assistance.

The condom broke now I have a kid and my bf left me and my parents disowned me.
